Adam has created a program that gives the whole group many benefits. In parallel with the varied and challenging exercise sessions, his approach to the social setting of our small group makes it a positive experience each time we attend. Adam's attention to details with accomodations for each participant, as needed, is clearly evident. We know that he cares that each of us gets something good and helpful for our exercise goals. I highly recommend...

Following 8 weeks of physical therapy after my first of knee replacement in 2024, I worked with Adam to optimize my recovery from the first first surgery and to strengthen muscles in my other leg before my second knee replacement that year. My recovery from my second surgery was really quick. I spent fewer weeks in PT and within 3 months I was able to return to exercise and dance classes that I love because my quads and gluts were strong.He is a pleasure to work and really understands what it’s like to recover from major knee surgery since he had previously had significant knee surgery. He helped me get back on my feet quickly and resume an active lifestyle that I had been deprived of for many years due to knee pain. I highly recommend Adam for personal training.

Adam is an amazing trainer.

Adam was a cheerleader who helped me build my confidence to push my limits. Even though I was participating in a group class, Adam always made it seem as though I was getting personal training. His tailored sessions boosted my self confidence and helped me to develop a better awareness of my nutritional habits. Adam is great!
