Adam Baker is a personal trainer and nutrition coach with CPT & CNC certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He received his B.S. in Biology with concentrations in pre-medicine/chemistry. His training philosophies focus on balance, strength, individual capacity and corrective exercise which serve as cornerstones for functional physical improvement, bodybuilding, and elite athletic performance.
